Domestic shipping
We offer FREE shipping within Australia on orders over $120.
For orders under $120, standard shipping with Australia Post is a flat rate of $8.95. Shipping should take 3-5 days. If your package is not received within 5 business days from dispatch date, please contact us at support@roogrips.com
* EXPRESS - you have the option at checkout to pay $12.95 for EXPRESS shipping, which would be with you within 1-3 days from dispatch, depending on your state.
International shipping
We ship with DHL & AU POST Express International. *Minimum $50 spend on all International orders.
- Standard international shipping is $19.95 (5-10 business days to arrive, average is 5)
- Express international shipping is $49.95 (2-3 business days to arrive)
- New Zealand: standard shipping is $14.95, express is $49.95
*This does not include time spent with Customs. *RooGrips cannot control the import duties and taxes for deliveries to your respective country. All customers are liable for any import duties or taxes incurred in their order.

CHRISTMAS SIZE EXCHANGES
Buying RooGrips as a gift? For eligible purchases made between 1 November and 24 December 2026, you can request a size exchange until 15 January 2027.
Eligible products: MAX Fingerless and MAX 3-Finger Grips, Leather Fingerless, 2-Finger and 3-Finger Grips, and Elite Training Gloves.
- This extends the deadline to request a size exchange only. It doesn't extend our standard refund period or change our warranty.
- Our standard conditions still apply: items must be unused, in their original packaging, with no chalk or signs of use.
- Exchanges depend on the size you need being in stock.
- Exchange shipping works the same way as our standard returns policy below.
- To request a Christmas size exchange, email support@roogrips.com by 15 January 2027 with your order number and the size you need.
RETURNS
You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase, in Australia and worldwide.
All items must include original packaging and have no chalk or signs of use.
- Australian customers will be responsible for return shipping only.
- International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways.
- Sale items are non-refundable, but we can offer an exchange or credit note.
- Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent from time of us receiving for product.

FAULTY ITEMS
Kangaroo leather is a natural material and may show small scars or “battle marks.” These don’t weaken the leather — they just make your grips uniquely yours.
The lifespan of your grips will depend on how often you train, your training volume, and the type of movements you do. Over time, grips may also stretch up to half a size, especially with high volumes of pulling movements. Keep this in mind when choosing your size.
If your grips have a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace them within the warranty period:
Kangaroo Leather Grips (OG & PRO): 12 months from purchase
Vegan Rubber MAX Grips: 6 months from purchase
To make a claim, email support@roogrips.com with photos of your grips, your proof of purchase, and your current shipping address — we’ll take care of the rest.
