Our Favourite Breakfast Protein Smoothie

I know what you're thinking. What does a protein smoothie have to do with RooGrips?

Well it has nothing to do with RooGrips. Our grips protect your hands during training and this protein smoothie is a fantastic way to finish that session that RooGrips just saved your life in. Otherwise you can use RooGrips to help your hands from getting too cold when consuming this delicious smoothie. 

It is super simple, full of great ingredients that vary from healthy fats, protein and slow-releasing carbs, which means you'll feel fuller for longer and energised. Bonus!

1 banana (fresh or frozen) 

1/2 cup of frozen berries 

250ml milk of choice 

1 scoop of protein powder (we love True Proteins WPI Rich Choc)

2-3 pitted medjool dates

2 heaped tbsp of rolled oats 

1 tsp LSA mix 

1 tsp Chia seeds 

sprinkle of cinnamon 

1 tbsp cocoa powder 

1 tbsp crunchy natural peanut butter 



Blend it all together! Easy..
