Which Roogrips are best suited to me?
We have written up a guide to help you on this and we also have our Grip Finder Quiz which will select the grips for you.
It mainly comes down to preference but to summarise the guide very simply, the 2 fingers are best for a smaller palms, gymnasts and those who prefer a slimmer palm piece. The 3 fingers give better palm coverage, the fingerless allow you to transition from movement to movement easily & the PROs are twice as thick so better for volume reps or bigger athletes and if you have especially soft hands.

What gym bars are Roogrips best for?
RooGrips are compatible with all types of bars, but they shine on powder-coated, polished, and steel rigs. Paired with a touch of liquid chalk (which you receive 50ml free with every purchase), RooGrips enhance your grip, boost your reps, and protect your hands from tears and calluses.
How long will my grips last?
Kangaroo leather is incredibly durable, and we’ve reinforced our wrist strap to be unbreakable. Some customers have used their grips for over 6 years! We’re also the only hand grip brand offering a 12-month warranty, and we’ll exchange your grips for any manufacturing faults within the first year. The lifespan of your grips depends on usage, athlete size, and training volume. To maximize their longevity, follow our care guide.
Do I need to use chalk on my grips?
We recommend using chalk with our grips and we give everyone a free 50ml Liquid chalk to use with every purchase.
If you do not have any liquid chalk we found that slightly wetting the grips and then chalking them up helps with wearing them in faster. (If you’re a gymnast you’ll know that spitting helps, but if that freaks you out, just stick to some good old fashion water.)
Which Size do I choose and what if I’m in between sizes?
Measure your palm and refer to the size chart on the product page for guidance. If you're unsure, we recommend a snug fit, as the grips can stretch up to half a size with frequent use - this is normal for soft leather. If you choose the wrong size, email us at support@roogrips.com, and we'll send you a prepaid return label to help with the exchange.

How do I care for and clean my grips?
Taking care of your grips is simple! We recommend wiping them down with a damp cloth after each use. If you want a deeper clean, they are even machine washable. For more detailed instructions, check out our cleaning guide.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday- Friday). Delays may occur due to public holidays.
Shipping times vary based on country & location, below are average business days:

International - 7-14 days

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. The free shipping discount will be automatically applied to your cart when your order total exceeds $100 before any discounts. Please note, your final total at checkout must still be over $100 after any discounts to qualify.

* As the customer, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. These charges must be paid to release your order from customs.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
To modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team directly at support@roogrips.com. We will do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, any address changes will need to be arranged directly with the carrier.
WHAT IS YOUR 30 DAYS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?
You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase within Australia.
All items must include original packaging and have no chalk or signs of use. This is imperative for you to receive your exchange or refund.
Australian customers will be responsible for return shipping only.
International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways.
Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent from time of us receiving for product.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY GRIPS?
If your grips have a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace them within 12 months of purchase. Simply email us at support@roogrips.com with photos of the grips, your proof of purchase, and your current shipping address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
